How can we enable unchurched young people to pray? More than that, for those young people who’ve begun to pray, how can we equip them to go deeper in prayer as part of their discipleship?

With young people more open and curious than ever before, there has never been a better time to engage young people in prayer! At this Learning Community we’ll explore ways to make these things happen. We will hear from experienced practitioners who’ve seen bored teens, distracted by their phones and seemingly uninterested in prayer, discover a vibrant faith in Jesus, making prayer a natural rhythm in their lives, something they can’t live without!

This is a chance for young people to meet up with others, worship together, explore the bible and leadership as well as enjoy some of the fun activities at the centre during the weekend. The cost will be £30 per young person, with a discount for more than 5 young people.   We have some discretionary funding for those who need it.

We would love you to join us for our last Prayer Space of the year this Thursday! This is an opportunity for you to join with other youth workers around the UK, to spend some time praying over one another, and interceding for all your young people! ‘For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them’ – Matthew 18:20

Explore is an exciting online resource from MYCN! Its sessions are based on volunteer training materials used to grow missional youth churches in Bradford and south London. With over 140 youth leaders already signed up online, we now want to make this accessible to others through the convenience of monthly Zoom sessions, giving youth leaders and team members across the country the opportunity to learn together.

Explore is a multi-session, video-based resource designed to equip you and your team to connect with local teens, listen to their voices, build a church and enable them to begin a journey towards faith. Starting on the 13th of January, we’re offering a monthly evening session on Zoom each month. Come with your team or on your own. Zoom in with us from 7.30 pm till 9pm on the dates below.
